Carolina Toro-Gerstein is a global Product Manager leader who has powered products from inception to $1B in revenue at large tech brands like Zillow, Yahoo! Oracle, Citibank, IAC-CityGrid, and various startup companies in more than 23 markets.   

Carolina is an expert in digital, FinTech, B2B, consumer, advertising, and eCommerce products where she has been able to dramatically increase sales.   

She and her team work with senior leaders of companies of all sizes in tech and consumer products to drive acquisition, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. Carolina is also providing consulting services for individuals who are launching a new business or expanding their existing business digitally.  She has led numerous teams while creating innovative products, scaling companies and launching new businesses in the US and globally. 

She started Poncho Baby, an eco-friendly company, from the ground up. She has been recognized for her patented and award-winning products that expanded into global markets in Asia, Canada, Middle East, and the EU.   

Carolina  graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering with top honors from one of the most prestigious universities in Colombia  - Javeriana University. She received her MBA from Montclair State University.
